What if I order an item that is unavailable?2024-12-18T13:37:06-05:00

In the event that an item is unavailable or discontinued, we will refund the item in full, using the original form of payment. Since packages are already discounted, if an item becomes unavailable, we will replace it with the exact same-sized photo of your student or player.

How do I start a Photo-Fundraiser?2023-08-10T12:07:29-05:00

It all starts with a phone call!  We would be happy to guide you through the process over the phone. Once we worked out the details we will schedule a Photo-Shoot.

Do I need to Check-In if I do not plan to purchase anything?2023-08-10T12:07:21-05:00

Regardless of whether you are making a purchase, we ask that everyone checks in—including coaches & organizers. This informs us of who is present and ready to be photographed.

How early should I show up for pictures?2023-08-10T12:07:10-05:00

We suggest showing up 15 minutes before your scheduled photo time. This allows you to check-in and make any purchases that you would like. It also allows the coaches/event organizers to get their groups together and ready for pictures.

Of Course!  Look for the Digital Package on our order form, or if you are purchasing a print package, we also offer a Digital Add-On at a discount.

YES!  We do everything possible to ensure everyone’s safety, but it’s better to be safe than sorry! If your location/organization requires proof of insurance, just let us know.

How long does it take to receive my photos?2023-08-10T12:06:33-05:00

Typically it takes 3-4 weeks to receive your order. Holidays and school closings may affect delivery times.

Can I order pictures after the day of the photo-shoot?2024-12-18T13:22:13-05:00

Absolutely! However, in certain instances, we may not be able to photograph every team, group, or class during a photoshoot. In such cases, this option will not be available. Please note that if you place an order after the group’s images have been processed and shipped to the lab, a $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be added to your order. These images will be shipped directly to the address provided during check-out.

We have a wide variety of banner options from 24×36″ to 48×120″. Custom sizes are also available by request.

Does my organization need to provide volunteers?2023-08-10T12:05:49-05:00

Yes !

We will need someone to unlock/lock the doors and to be responsible for the area we are shooting in (only applies if indoors or in a restricted area). We also need a volunteer to receive and distribute the pictures to the participants of the photoshoot.

Do you only offer green-screen photography?2023-08-10T12:05:37-05:00

No – We offer both traditional and green screen set-up options.  The choice of traditional or green screen photography is up to the school, league, and/or organizer of the photoshoot.

When do I pay for pictures?2024-12-18T13:40:16-05:00

All our photo shoots are prepaid. You can purchase images online using the code provided by your photoshoot organizer or submit a payment with your child’s order form on the day of the photoshoot.
